新幹線行控中心響起了一通緊急電話，來電者聲稱已在開往東京的隼60號列車上放置炸彈，更開出1000億日元的天價贖金，否則列車時速低於100公裏便會引爆，頓時將鐵路人員推向與死神賽跑的危急邊緣。隼60號於鐵道上呼嘯前進，最後會化險為夷，或者駛向毀滅？
