新德克薩斯星球上惡魔斯坦佩德糾集貪婪邪惡特克斯赫克斯及一群無賴惡棍胡作非為妄圖統治新德薩斯銀河係派一位叫布雷斯塔警長和一位叫JB女法官到新德克薩斯維護治安布雷斯塔師父薩滿幫助下獲得了四種神力：鷹眼睛熊力量狼耳朵豹速度又找到了一位得力幫手—變形馬正邪之間展開決戰布雷斯塔緊急關頭以神力戰勝了斯坦佩德鏟除了邪惡勢力使新德克薩斯居民得為安居樂業。
