簡介：地府新任的閻王 (徐鳴傑飾)，努力把地府科技化，有豐功偉績，仍然不被織命殿的老官員裴老 (陳澍城飾) 接受和敬重。因為織命師能主宰投胎的鬼魂做人以後，擁有好命或壞命，故此織命殿在地府地位超越閻王，斂財無數。                                                                    　　閻王不想織命的絕技被裴老一黨壟斷，於是選中浩良 (謝俊峰飾) 和靜靜 (何盈瑩飾)，進入織命殿當臥底。浩良是新魂，和30年前因為救他而死的老師曉雯 (周智慧飾) 在地府重逢，二人感情開始升溫。                                                                    　　地府有大危機，是人類情願偏愛養寵物，也不生育，地府居民無法投胎做人！地府溫度如果不能保持在安全的零度，就會爆炸。閻王決定讓地府居民，投胎去當貓狗！裴老煽動居民抗議，閻王找了陽間的一鳴 (張哲通飾) 下來幫忙，勸服居民答應去人間當寵物。一鳴為了曾經暗戀的靜靜，接下任務。二人雖然人鬼有別，還是成為情人。                                                                    　　裴老因為被閻王壟斷利益，狠手對付閻王的屬下。浩良、曉雯、一鳴和靜靜，各自遭遇了不幸的命運。
