艾莉娜（Kelly Sheridan 配音）是一位新晉的彩虹仙子，在毛毛球夥伴比寶的陪伴下，她來到了富麗堂皇的仙子學校，在這裏，她將進行認真係統的學習，並在作為期末考試的春季飛行中為仙境劃下第一道彩虹。可是，邪惡的魔女盧維娜企圖破壞這一場盛會，而艾莉娜及時的發現了她的陰謀。 在學校裏，艾莉娜結識了許多和她一樣善良的仙子們——內斂敏感的吉莉、英俊瀟灑的林頓、外冷內熱的沙寶思、神神叨叨的魯米那、桀驁不馴的心瑪等，共同學習生活的時光讓他們彼此之間結下了深厚的信任和友誼，在巨大的威脅麵前，他們能夠團結起來，共同奮鬥，粉碎盧維娜的陰謀嗎？
